Game Description:
Use your mouse and keyboard. Position the crosshair and click on a Fairy or Hong Meiling to throw a knife. The light around the crosshair is the hitbox for incoming bullets. You can also shoot down bullets by clicking on them as well. Shooting knives deplete the knife gauge. If the gauge is getting empty, wait until it replenishes.
Hold the "Z" key to freeze time. You can throw knives while time is frozen and avoid possible bullet hit. However, the spirit gauge limits on what you do. Release "Z" to unfreeze. Replenish the gauge by shooting down fairies.
When Hong Meiling appears, she attacks with various Spell Cards and is time limited. Try to throw knives at her. If time expires or the enemy life gauge is depleted, she disappears, waiting for a while before reappearing with another spell card.
Sakuya Izayoi has three life points. When an enemy bullet hits the light area, she loses one life point. The game is over when all three life points are lost.

今回は原作ゲームにわりと似せて作ってあり、スペルカードや弾幕っぽいものがでてきます。
今回のかわいそうキャラは中国。
主人公として抜擢されたのは当然、咲夜さんです。
そして咲夜さんだから当然、時間を止められます。それがこのゲームのキモ。
BGMの元ネタが分かりにくいかもしれませんが、
いちおう中国のテーマ「明治17年の上海アリス」のアレンジです。
処理が重くてプレイできない場合は以下のリンクから本体をダウンロードし、
ローカルで表示サイズを縮小してお楽しみください。
多少は改善が見込めるかもしれません。
A target shooter where the enemies shoot back at Sakuya Izayoi, requiring more mindful movement of the crosshair.
Instructions:
Throw knives at fairies to brutally impale them and get rid of them.
Knives will be thrown as long as the knife gauge is not nearly empty. This gauge drains any time you click.
Fairies will shoot projectiles at you. If these projectiles touch the blue circle around your crosshair, Sakuya will lose one of three lives.
Most projectiles can be destroyed if knives are thrown at them.
Sakuya can temporarily stop time while the Z key is held down if the time stop gauge is filled. This gauge can be refilled by defeating fairies.
Occasionally, Meiling will appear as a boss. She uses one specific attack each time she appears.
Meiling will spawn in with a certain level depending on how high your score is. More specifically, her level starts at 1 and increases by 1 for every 10,000 score you have. The higher Meiling's level is, the more difficult her attacks will become.
If Sakuya loses all three of her lives, you will game over.
Controls:
Mouse (All movement): Move the crosshair
Mouse (Left click): Throw a knife
Z (Hold): Stop time
Q: Quit practice mode
You may be able to stop time, but there is still no pause button.

According to the author, the title has no meaning.
Rumia appears in the game's loading screen, despite not being present in the game. her appearance is directly copied from そーなのかー♪ (Is That So?♪).
Meiling can not receive damage for the small amount of time that she has a knife on her, meaning if you click too fast, the knife gauge will drain faster with no benefit.
This is the only endless game which does not save your high score. This is because the game likely relied on the rankings feature to save high scores, which is inaccessable now due to chibitami.net not working anymore.
Upon surviving "「極彩颱風」" in normal mode, a message will appear after you game over saying that holding P before entering the practice menu will allow you to access the full practice menu. Encountering this message is not required to access the menu.
Reaching level 30 in a game (reaching 290,000 score) will cause a message to appear when you lose which says that holding P and holding click on the game start button, moving your cursor out of the button, then moving it back on the button will start you with 140,000 score, which causes Meiling to first appear at level 15. Seeing this message is not required to start the game like this.
