Snail Bob, also known as "House Orphaned," is a puzzle game where players activate gadgets and solve puzzles to help Bob escape tricky situations.

The story begins with Bob losing his home after a construction company demolishes it and leaves him stranded far from home. Your goal is to manipulate Bob and his surroundings to guide him safely across each level.

You’ll play as Bob, the homeless snail, as he searches for a new place to call home. Along the way, you’ll encounter numerous obstacles and puzzles to solve. Help Bob complete all the levels and find his new home!

How to Play Snail Bob

In each level, Bob moves forward automatically. You can stop him by clicking on him, causing him to retreat into his shell and stay in place. Each level contains puzzles to solve using interactive objects like buttons and levers, marked with white stripes. Figure out the solution and help Bob reach his destination!

If you want Bob to move faster, click the "X2" button at the top of the screen to speed him up. There are 20 levels to complete, and your score depends on how quickly you finish each level. Aim for the maximum score by solving puzzles efficiently!

Game Description:

Snail Bob 8: Island Story begins with Snail Bob ice fishing with his Grandpa. They both joke about catching a giant fish and a mermaid. Suddenly, the evil frog (in computer version) or evil shark (in mobile version) saws through the ice, causing Snail Bob to float away, much to he and his Grandpa's mutual distress.

Snail Bob eventually washes up on a tropical island, where he embarks on an adventure across it, coping with traps and hazards like native frogs and quicksand. He eventually is cornered by the island shaman, a giant frog that can make it rain fire. Snail Bob tricks him into moving into the path of fireworks, defeating him.

The shaman concedes defeat and calls Snail Bob's Grandpa, then has his men carry the snail off. Snail Bob catches up with his Grandpa at the coast, discovering that his Grandpa has managed to tame the evil frog (in computer version) or evil shark (in mobile version). Snail Bob and his Grandpa then float home with the frog in tow and at the end they both enjoy a beautiful day fishing.
