Solution for filters not working: lowering the quality to "Medium" or "Low" instead of "High" allows the sugar to pass through.
Quality Toggle is in-built with Ruffle: right-click the game window and select the quality.

Use your mouse to draw walls on the screen in Sugar, Sugar 3. These walls will allow the sugar to slide down. Fill all of the cups with sugar in order to win the level and move on to the next one.
Sugar, Sugar 3 is a puzzle game about drawing paths to direct falling sugar grains into mugs. Draw lines to control the flow of sweetness, alter particle colors through filters, and use portals to reach distant cups. Pour grains of sugar into the cup! In this puzzle sequel, you must draw ramps and curvy paths. Advanced levels include multiple cups and coffee filters. Guide sugar through colored filters to match the corresponding mugs. Use teleporters for victory in Sugar, Sugar 3!
